Frances Gush, Family Lawyer, Wellington

Throughout her career Frances has specialised in family law. She has a wealth of experience in cases involving children, domestic violence, adult maintenance, child support, relationship and trust property.

Currently, most of her practice involves relationship property and discretionary trusts in the family law context. It is a complex and rapidly changing area of the law as there have been a number of significant Supreme Court decisions.   She is able to provide comprehensive advice to individuals when they separate or are entering into new relationships.

Her focus is on the provision of cost effective legal services in a timely manner. Her aim is to help her clients reach a settlement through direct negotiation or alternative dispute resolution. If that is not possible then she uses her litigation skills to bring a resolution through the Court process.
